- Visit Official Portal: Go to the RRB Candidate Login or your respective regional RRB website.
- Login Credentials: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format).
- View City Slip: Click on the “City Intimation” tab.

Official e-call letters are released exactly four days before each candidate’s scheduled exam date.
- Step 1: Access the Railway Recruitment Board official website.
- Step 2: Click the link titled “RRB Group D (CEN 08/2024) Hall Ticket Download”.
- Step 3: Enter your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- Step 4: Your admit card will appear on the screen. Verify details like your name, roll number, and exam center address.
- Step 5: Download and print at least two clear copies. Physical copies are mandatory at the center; digital copies on phones will not be accepted.

To ensure a smooth experience at the examination center, follow these mandatory instructions:
- Carry Original ID: You must bring a valid original photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Passport). A photocopy or digital copy will lead to disqualification.
- Aadhaar Authentication: Biometric authentication (Aadhaar-based) will be conducted at the center, so ensure your Aadhaar is updated.
- Reporting Time: Reach the center at least 60 minutes before the “Gate Closing Time” mentioned on your admit card. No candidate will be allowed entry once the gate closes.
